Фото 1
The wooden church with a single altar was built in 1896. This small building is designed in the traditional neo-Russian style by architect F.N. Malinovsky. The construction of the temple was funded by donations collected through the efforts of priest N.F. Nikolaev. The total amount of donations was 9000 rubles, of which 1000 rubles were contributed by a merchant from Mamadysh, Matrena Timofeevna Zakharova, and 500 rubles by landowner Ivan Semyonovich Kuryshin. From the founding of the parish until 1917, the priest Nikolai Filippovich Nikolaev, a Tatar by origin and a graduate of the Central baptized Tatar school, served here, while all the parishioners were Russian.
