The church dedicated to St. Sergius of Radonezh was built in 1789 with funds from the parishioners. It is a stone structure with five domes and a tiered bell tower. In 1834, a southern chapel was added to it. The church had two altars: one in honor of St. Sergius, the abbot of Radonezh, and the other in honor of the Smolensk Icon of the Mother of God. A church parish school operated at the church. In 1939, the church was closed, and during the Soviet era, it was repurposed as a grain storage facility.
