On April 29, 2012, Sunday, the consecration of the church in honor of Sergius and Nikon of Radonezh took place in the village of Krasnaya Gorbatka, Selivanovsky District. The ceremony was conducted by Archbishop Evlogy of Vladimir and Suzdal with the participation of Metropolitan Georgy of Nizhny Novgorod and Arzamas and Archbishop Theognost of Sergiev Posad.

The church has two apses and was built thanks to the efforts and dedication of Vitaly Ivanovich Danilenko. It is fully equipped for conducting services: it is fitted with bells and an iconostasis, the facades are illuminated, and the territory is well-maintained.
