On Tuesday, January 15, 2013, a commemoration of the Venerable Seraphim of Sarov took place at the former Isakov Monastery of the Nativity of the Mother of God. A chapel was consecrated in honor of this saint in the monastery's brotherhood building. During the Soviet era, the roof over the chapel deteriorated and collapsed, but thanks to God's mercy and the prayers of the venerable, the walls of the chapel have withstood, and in some places, the frescoes and fragments of ornamentation have been preserved.
