Novostroyka is a rural settlement in the Diveevo District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. It is located 12.5 km south of the village of Diveevo and 1 km west of the city of Sarov, on the right bank of the Vichkinza River, which is a right tributary of the Satys River. The official name of the settlement is Novostroyka, however, locals prefer to call it Khitry, using the expression "at Khitry." Previously, the settlement was known by the names Peshchany and Izvestkovy.

Today, the settlement not only continues to exist but also develops due to its proximity to holy springs. The Kazan spring is located 500 meters from it, and 1.2 km away is the spring of Saint Seraphim of Sarov. The settlement also houses a skete of the Diveevo Monastery. In 2012, a domestic church in honor of Seraphim of Sarov was consecrated here.
