The village has two churches. The first, the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, was built in 1817 through the efforts of the parishioners. It is made of stone, sturdy, and connected to the bell tower. The church has three altars: in the cold part, the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, in the warm refectory, on the right the Epiphany of the Lord, and on the left, in the name of Athanasius and Cyril, the Patriarchs of Alexandria. The icon of Saint Athanasius is particularly venerated. Two versts from the church, in the village of Brudkove, there is a wooden chapel.
The church lands include 1 desyatina of homestead, 23 desyatinas of arable and haymaking land, as well as 12 desyatinas for pastures. There is a church house for the priest's residence. The church capital amounts to 15,676 rubles. The village is located on a plain and has 389 male and 430 female parishioners. There is also a church parish school and a women's almshouse, located in a two-story wooden house donated by Mrs. Trofimova. Eight people live in the almshouse, fully supported by Mrs. Trofimova. The clergy consists of a priest and a psalmist, receiving a state salary of 392 rubles per year. The parish capital amounts to 2,474 rubles in securities.
