The Assumption Church is a parish church built of stone, making it sturdy. It operates in both summer and winter. The church was erected in 1801 through the efforts of the parishioners. It has three altars: the main altar of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and in the refectory part, there are two chapels: the southern chapel in the name of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker, and the northern chapel in the name of Simeon, Bishop of Persia.

The church owns 132 desyatins and 1664 square fathoms of land. On the territory, there are two wooden houses for the priest and his assistant, who is also the teacher of the local church school. There is a two-story wooden watchman's lodge with two heated rooms on each floor. Two blocks of wooden shops have been built for trade: one in the northeast corner of the church cemetery, replacing a stone fence for 19 fathoms, and the other behind the eastern fence of the cemetery.

Inside the church enclosure, there is a stone chapel that was converted in 1895 to house the sacristy and library. In the parish village of Churilovo, there is a wooden chapel on the site of the old church, and at the southern gates of the church enclosure, there is another wooden chapel where wax candles are sold.

The church capital amounts to 3809 rubles and 60 kopecks. The village of Prechistoe, also known as Stanouspenskoe, is located on a hill by the river Ildomka. The parish has 1004 men and 1271 women. There are two schools operating here: a zemstvo school and a church school, with church oversight organized at the church. The clergy staff includes a priest, a deacon, and a psalmist, with the clergy capital in securities amounting to 7835 rubles and 40 kopecks.
