The Virgin Mary Church on the Medozha River, located in the Bogoroditsky settlement, was built of stone, as was the bell tower next to it. It was erected in 1812 with funds from the parishioners. The church is surrounded by a stone fence. The cemetery at the church was expanded in 1900 by a section of church land adjacent to the eastern side of the fence and is enclosed by a wooden fence. The church has three altars: in honor of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, and the prophet Elijah.
