The Virgin Mary Church in the village of Kishino, built of stone along with the bell tower in 1821, was constructed with the funds of the parishioners. It is surrounded by a stone fence, inside which is the parish cemetery. The church has three altars: the main one is dedicated to the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the right one to St. Sergius of Radonezh, and the left one to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker. The church is located 50 versts from Kostroma.
