In 1874, a small wooden prayer house was built at the village cemetery with the blessing of His Grace Theognost and the funds of merchant Ivan Yakovlevich Kalikhov. Services were held there very rarely.

In November 1881, local residents appealed to the diocesan authorities to convert the prayer house into a church. Their request was granted, and in July 1882, an independent parish was established. With the blessing of His Grace Eugene, merchant Kalikhov added a wooden altar to the prayer house. On December 23, 1882, the church was consecrated by the local archpriest Mikhail Gusakov in honor of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. However, it remained cramped, especially after the settlement of Razin Bugor joined the Tsvetnoy parish in 1883.

During one of his trips around the diocese, His Grace Eugene pointed out the need for a new, larger church. While construction was underway, on August 23, 1890, the cemetery church burned to the ground, and nothing could be saved. At the request of priest Nikolai Sitkin, local resident S.I. Kholodov built a wooden chapel in honor of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary on the site of the altar of the burned church.

On August 26, 2017, the first stone and a capsule with a message were laid in the new church being built in the name of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, with chapels in honor of Nicholas the Wonderworker and the apostles Peter and Paul. By May 2018, the church was 80% complete. In September 2018, crosses were installed and consecrated on the domes, and the bells were also consecrated. On September 21, 2018, on the feast day of the church, the first Divine Liturgy was held. On September 21, 2019, on the feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Metropolitan Nikon of Astrakhan and Kamyzyak conducted the rite of great consecration of the church and held the Divine Liturgy.

The church's design was created based on old photographs taken over a hundred years ago. The church is located on a hill and can be seen from afar, with the surrounding area covering almost two hectares. The new bells will ring automatically thanks to an electronic system.

The church was built with the funds of Igor Kudryashkin, a native of Yekaterinburg, and the cost of the work is estimated at 200-250 million rubles.
