In the inventories of Yuriev from 1613 and 1760, the Church of the Nativity of Christ is not mentioned, which suggests that it was founded only in the late 18th century. The antimins, dated 1792 and kept in the church, was likely issued for the newly built Church of the Nativity of Christ. This stone building has five domes and three altars, all of which are cold. The main altar is dedicated to the Nativity of Christ, while the side altars are dedicated to Saints Cosmas and Damian and the Great Martyr Paraskeva. The stone bell tower is equipped with a clock, and the church and bell tower are surrounded by a stone fence with iron grilles.

The church contains documents, including copies of metric books from 1781 and confession lists from 1829. An inventory of church property was compiled in 1880. The church has estate land of 2170 square fathoms, with the plan and boundary book stored in the church. The clergy consists of a priest, a deacon, and a psalmist. The annual income of the clergy amounts to 242 rubles 76 kopecks from church capital, 40 rubles from land, and up to 971 rubles for sacramental services, totaling 1254 rubles. The clergy has their own houses. The parish includes 60 households, with 257 men and 279 women living there.
