Church of the Nativity of Christ in Vysoko

Фото 1
Built in 1772 with funds from parishioners, the church was made of stone, had five domes, and featured a bell tower that was dismantled for bricks in 1937. The church had three altars: in honor of the Nativity of Christ, the righteous princes Basil and Constantine, the Yaroslavl miracle workers, as well as Saint Nicholas, Archbishop of Myra in Lycia, the miracle worker. The church was closed in 1929, and during the Soviet era, it was used as a warehouse.
