The brick church with two altars and a Nicholas chapel was built with the funds of the parishioners. It is a two-light five-domed structure with a small refectory and bell tower. In 1935, the church was closed, the roof and bell tower were destroyed, and the building was used as a club, grain storage, and fire station. It is now abandoned and in a state of decay.
