Rozhdestveno, a state village located by the wells in the 19th century, not far from the district town. The village had 19 households, 57 souls according to the census, and 54 allotments. Here stands a stone five-domed church with a bell tower, dedicated to the Nativity of Christ and the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos, built in 1821 through the efforts of the parishioners. Previously, a wooden church stood on the site of the current cemetery, which was dismantled after the stone church was erected. Four processions are held in the Rozhdestveno parish: on May 8 in the village of Karachuny, on the Sunday of the Holy Myrrhbearers in the village of Bolovino, on May 23 in the village of Glebovskoye, and on July 28 in the village of Rozhdestveno itself. According to the stories of the locals, these processions were established in memory of the fires, but the exact time of their origin is unknown. The church owns 36 desyatinas of land, and the parish includes four villages.

According to the manuscripts of Khlebnikov, this place was the estate of Prince Boris Romanovich Shchepin. His grandson, Prince Boris Vladimirovich, transferred the estate as a dowry to his daughter Anna, who was married to Prince Semyon Naumovich Priimkov.
