The church is built of stone and is distinguished by its durability; it serves as a parish church and operates both in summer and winter. It has three altars: in the summer cold section, in honor of the Nativity of Christ, and in the warm church, the right chapel is in honor of the martyr Paraskeva and the left in honor of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker. The summer church was erected in 1807 through the efforts of the parishioners, and the warm church and bell tower were built in 1889 also thanks to their efforts.

The church property includes 38 desyatins of land and two houses for the priest and deacon. The church capital amounts to 2250 rubles. There are two chapels: one small stone chapel located near the church at the northwestern corner of the fence, and another wooden chapel in the village of Polyana. The total number of parishioners is 787 men and 930 women. Since 1891, a church-parish school has been operating in the village. The clergy consists of a priest, a deacon, and a psalmist, and the clergy capital amounts to 4738 rubles and 12 kopecks.
