The stone church dedicated to the Nativity of Christ, built in 1828 with funds from parishioners, can accommodate up to 300 people. It is designed in the classical style of the early 19th century, featuring a massive drum topped with an octagonal hemispherical dome with a small spire. The bell tower was located separately to the west of the refectory and was connected to it by a narrow stone passage. This was the only church in the parish. In 1871, a zemstvo school opened in the village, and in 1895, a literacy school was established, later transformed into a parish school.

In 1918, the church was closed, the building was abandoned, and the bell tower was destroyed. Restoration began in 2006: the facade was repaired, the main dome was restored, and a cross was installed. Work continues as funds become available, and services are already being held in the church.
