This remarkable monument of rural church architecture harmoniously combines volumetric composition and decorative elements of Baroque with classical forms, both early and mature, with a predominance of the former. The interior of the church is of particular value, having fully preserved its decoration, wall paintings, and iconostases. The temple, with altars dedicated to the Protection of the Mother of God and St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, was built with the funds of parishioners around 1824. To the west and partially to the south, the church territory is bounded by a fence with gates located opposite the bell tower. All buildings are made of brick and whitewashed.
