Church of the Nativity of Christ in Alisanovo (Lost)

Фото 1
Initially, the village of Alisanovo, located in the Vasil'sursky district, belonged to the landowners Karataevs. In 1766, at the initiative of Mr. Shatilov, a church was built here, dedicated to the Nativity of Christ. The temple was wooden and warm, with two chapels: the right chapel was consecrated in honor of the Iveron Icon of the Mother of God, and the left, in honor of Saint Dimitri of Rostov. There was also a bell tower and a fence. The church's utensils were modest, the land amounted to 44 desyatinas, and the priest and deacon lived in the same house.
