According to archival data, the church was built in 1878 and consecrated on January 15, 1879, in honor of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin.
In the 1930s, the church was closed and initially used as a grain storage facility, later being converted into a club. In 1999, the building was returned to the faithful. Thanks to the efforts of the rector and parishioners, the church was renovated and equipped. On October 14, 1999, on the 120th anniversary of the church, its reopening and minor consecration took place, featuring a choir from the archbishop.
