Vodovatovo is a village in the Arzamas district. In accordance with the order of the Department of Historical and Cultural Heritage Protection of Nizhny Novgorod and the Nizhny Novgorod region dated April 24, 2000, No. 5-OD, the village's Intercession Church, built in 1900, was recognized as a historical and cultural heritage site. However, according to the Information of the State Heritage Protection Office of the Nizhny Novgorod region, this order was rendered invalid on October 20, 2014, due to the issuance of order No. 159.
