In the village of Pokrov-Roguli, Mikhalevo, there are two churches. One of them, the cold church, was built in 1763, while the construction date of the warm church is unknown. Both churches are stone, with a three-tiered bell tower at the cold church and a fence. The altar in the cold church is dedicated to the Intercession of the Holy Virgin, and in the warm church, to the holy unmercenaries Cosmas and Damian.
The parish has two chapels located in the church cemetery, not far from the Poshekhonskaya road. The churches own 36 desyatins of land. There is a wooden rectory for the priest's residence. In the village and surrounding villages, there are 1,039 men and 1,216 women. The church has an ecclesiastical school and a charity to assist poor students. According to the staff, the parish should have a priest, a deacon, and a psalmist. The parish capital amounts to 5,000 rubles in interest-bearing securities.
