As of 2012, the village is 353 years old, founded 114 years earlier than Rezh. In the village of Pershino, located in a dead end and off the main road connecting many villages, stands the church in honor of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin. The postal road that passed through Glinka, Oshepkovo, Chepchugovo, and Sokharyovo did not touch the village, and the post station was in Glinka. The distance from the main road to Pershino is about three and a half kilometers. Approaching the village, a small slope towards the Rezh River begins 800-900 meters away, and the panorama of the village opens only upon entry.

Until the early 20th century, there was a chapel of the Intercession of the Mother of God in the village, belonging to the parish of the Nikolskaya church of the village of Glinsky. An altar made of red brick, matching the color of the chapel, was added to the chapel. The construction was a community effort, and money was thrown for the altar. When the church was closed, 42 rubles were found. An altar was built, a wooden bell tower with seven copper bells of different weights was added, the interior was arranged, and consecration was conducted. The church was consecrated in 1907, although according to resident Y.A. Medvedev, it happened in 1912. The church accommodates 250 people, there are no outbuildings, and the watchman's room is located within the church. The priest was Mikhailov Alexey Gavrilovich, and the names of the singers are known: Golendukhin Alexander Ivanovich and Dmitrieva Anfisa Andreevna.

Next to the church was the priest's house, the date of its construction is unknown. In the 1930s, the house with a garden and a pond was surrounded by a beautiful fence, but later the garden fell into disrepair, and the fence disappeared. In the post-war years, this house housed a school, and seasonally the building was used as a dormitory for workers from the mechanical plant who helped with the harvest.

On February 3, 1930, a general meeting discussed the closure of the church and the surrender of valuables to the industrialization fund, but no decision was made: 36 voted for closure, 82 against. Services were banned in 1935, and the fate of priest Alexey Gavrilovich Mikhailov is unknown.

The church remained closed until 1943, when, by order of the village council, services were allowed to resume. Elderly women and students tidied up the temple, dusted, and cleaned everything. They prayed until 1946 or 1947. In the early 1950s, the church building was handed over to the collective farm as a garage for agricultural machinery. The whereabouts of the cult items after the church's desecration are unknown. According to eyewitness accounts, they were distributed for safekeeping, but the elders and old residents are no longer alive.

The icon of Nicholas the Wonderworker from the church, kept in the family of Y.A. Medvedev, was transferred to the John the Baptist Church in the city of Rezh in the early 1990s to Alexey Mikhailovich Dolgorukov, the priest of the Rezh church of John the Baptist.

Currently, reconstruction of the stone building, which was the priest's house, is underway.
