In the small dacha village of Pelgorsk, not far from the village of Ryabovo, construction of a wooden church began in 1999 based on the design by architect Elena Tibenko. Initially, the building was planned to be consecrated as a chapel, but after the completion of construction, at the request of local residents, it was consecrated as a church on June 14, 2006.
