The wooden church dedicated to the Intercession of the Holy Virgin was built in the second half of the 19th century with funds from parishioners and benefactors. The temple, designed in the form of an octagon on a square base with an altar apse, refectory, and a tall tent-like bell tower, was for a long time considered an annex to the Ascension Church in the village of Parevka. During the persecution of Orthodoxy and believers, the church was closed, but in the difficult post-war years, services were resumed.

Today, the Church of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin is operational, regularly holding services, and it serves as a spiritual center and adornment of the small village.
