The building that housed the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin was renovated and reconstructed. In the summer, a dome was installed over the temple, the doors were updated, square windows were replaced with semicircular ones, and the construction of a bell tower began. In the winter of 1994, the new church was consecrated in honor of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin, with an altar dedicated to the icon of the Mother of God "The Seeking of the Lost." The Intercession Church houses an ark with relics of the Venerable Fathers of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, an ark with crowns containing relics of Princes Peter and Fevronia of Murom, as well as icons with relics of George the Victorious, Matrona of Moscow, and Princess Anna of Kashin.
