Until 1899, Old Believers of the Belokrinitsky agreement held services in private homes, and then began gathering in the public house of N. S. Toreev. However, on August 15, 1900, this house was sealed by the bailiff. In 1901, Krivoluchye had a volost administration, a post office, shops, and held markets and two fairs. At that time, the village had 876 believers, 1198 beglopopovtsy, and 92 Austrian schismatics. Over time, the community of Austrian schismatics grew significantly, and in 1908, a project for the construction of a Belokrinitsky church at the intersection of Bolshaya and Surskaya streets was approved. A new wooden church, capable of accommodating 300 people, was built with a bell tower and an altar in honor of the Intercession of the Mother of God. In addition to the believer and Belokrinitsky churches, the village had a beglopopov prayer house, a parish school, a post office, and a volost administration, as well as a military horse section, and there were a judicial bailiff, a clerk, a paramedic, and an agronomist.

With the arrival of Soviet power, the Krivoluchye-Sura volost and village council were formed. In 1927, the agricultural artel "Khleborob No. 2" was established. A new educational institution opened in place of the old parish school, while the churches were closed and subsequently destroyed.
