In the forests of the village of Khudyakovo in the Gorodetsky district, among old, leaning birches, stands a small wooden church built in 1779. The church is made in the Klyotsky style, which was one of the most popular in church architecture of that time.

Once, this colorful building was adorned with carved columns on the porch and a cyclical pattern under the roof, but now it is in a state of emergency. The ceiling in the refectory is destroyed, and most of the interior decoration has been lost. Nevertheless, some elements of the interior and part of the iconostasis have survived, as well as wooden columns supporting the vault of the church from the inside.
