The village of Shishadeevo is located in the Pochinkovsky district. In accordance with the order of the Department for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage of Nizhny Novgorod and the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated April 24, 2000, No. 5-OD, the rural Intercession Church was recognized as an object of historical and cultural heritage. This church dates back to the early 20th century, after 1904. However, according to the Information of the State Protection of Cultural Heritage Objects of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, order No. 5-OD was revoked on October 20, 2014, by order No. 159.
