The church dedicated to the great martyr Paraskeva Friday was built in the village of Pyatnitsy in 1852. From 1885 to 1907, it was served by priest Nikolai Tikhomirov, and from 1908 to 1917, by Father Vladimir Arkhangelsky. In the second half of the 19th century, a parish school began operating at the church. Since 2011, restoration work has been underway on the church.
