The records from 1676 mention that there was a church of St. Paraskeva the Great Martyr in the village of Nevadyevo. Nearby were the house of priest Ivan, the houses of deacons and sextons, as well as a peasant's house. The parish included the village of Okulova with 7 noble and 6 peasant households, the village of Chevanina with 3 noble and 22 peasant households; by 1896, Chevanina had already 42 households. In the village of Savinskaya, there were 2 noble and 4 peasant households. In the village of Polunina, there was 1 noble and 3 peasant households, and in the village of Stepanova, 1 noble, 27 peasant, and 1 peasant's house; by 1896, there were 58 households there. The church land, granted by the sovereign, included 30 quarters of arable land and 4 desyatinas of hay meadows.

In 1837, a stone church was built on the site of the wooden church in Nevadyevo, and in 1857, a stone bell tower was added. The church has two altars: the main one in honor of St. Paraskeva the Great Martyr, known as Friday, and in the warm chapel, in honor of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker. The church was well supplied with utensils, vestments, holy icons, and liturgical books. The icon of St. Paraskeva the Great Martyr, known as "Friday of Vyazovaya," was especially revered by the parishioners.

According to the statute, the church was to have a priest and a psalmist. Their maintenance was ensured by income from church land amounting to up to 140 rubles and from services and sacramental rites up to 200 rubles. The clergy had their own houses on church land. The land associated with the church included homestead and cemetery land, 2 desyatinas 524 sazhen, hay meadows, 27 desyatinas, arable land, 30 desyatinas, under shrubs, 22 desyatinas, as well as unusable land under ravines and swamps, 13 desyatinas. There was no plan or land registry for this land. The parish included the villages of Stepanova and Chevanina, where the clerical records listed 160 households, 463 men, and 493 women. There was no school in the parish.

At different times, the parish was served by priests Evgeny Krasovsky, Pavel Pobedin, Andrey Kiparisov, Konstantin Tikhomirov, Alexander Svetaev, and Peter Bogoslovsky. The deacon was Philip Schastlivov, and the psalmists were Grigory Znamensky, Pavel Kazakov, Ioann Polovikov, Alexey Bystritsky, and Vasily Afinsky. In the 1930s, the priest Ivan Vasilyevich Baryshnikov served in the Nevadovo parish, who was arrested on October 15, 1937, and sentenced to 10 years in a labor camp.

Today, the former church in honor of St. Paraskeva the Great Martyr is in a semi-ruined state.
