The village of Kondinskoye in the Shadrinsk district is located southeast of the diocesan city and east of the district center. The distance to the first is 250 versts, and to the second, 50 versts. The village of Kondinskoye is situated on the banks of the Iset River. The climate here is moderate and healthy, and the soil is sandy. The village got its name from the surname of the first settler, peasant Sofon Kondin, who moved from the village of Kryukovaya, now located 9 versts from the village. The village of Kondina was founded in the early 18th century, and according to the documents of the Mekhonskaya church, it was already part of its parish in 1722. The Kondinsk parish was established in the mid-18th century.

Initially, there was a wooden church in the name of the holy great martyr Paraskeva, laid in 1751 by the decree of Metropolitan Silvester of Tobolsk. The current stone church was laid in 1822 by the decree of Bishop Justin of Perm. In the same year, an altar in honor of the Three Hierarchs was consecrated, and in 1832, the main church in the name of the holy great martyr Paraskeva was consecrated by the decree of Archbishop Arkady of Perm. In 1879, during the repair of the floor in the altar of the Three Hierarchs, the Holy Altar was moved, and in the same year, by the decree of Bishop Benjamin of Yekaterinburg, the altar was consecrated again. The construction and repair of the church were carried out with the funds of the parishioners.
