To the east of the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral is the Nikolskaya Hospital Church, built in 1669. It includes a hospital ward for the monastery's brethren. The first floor of the two-story building, covered with vaulted ceilings, was used as a refectory, while the second floor housed hospital rooms with small windows adorned with carved frames. The Nikolskaya Church, intended for the prayers of sick monks and prisoners of the monastery jail, has modest decor and is topped with a single wooden dome. The smooth white wall is enlivened by a perspective portal, windows with frames, and a row of kokoshniks. Currently, this building houses the 'Golden Treasury.'
