The church in the village of Nikolskoye, located in Slobodishchi, was built of stone and has two floors. It was founded by the parish in 1781. The church has five altars: in the upper cold temple, dedicated to the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos, in the refectory on the right is the altar of the holy prophet Elijah, on the left, the altar of the Vladimir Mother of God and martyr Agrippina. This altar was created in 1892 with funds from the church elder, a peasant from the village of Chubukovo, Vasily Andreyevich Kurdyukov. In the lower warm temple, the altar is dedicated to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, and in the refectory on the left, to St. Basil the Blessed.

The church houses a revered icon "Relieve My Sorrows" with the relics of the Apostle Andrew the First-Called, the holy great martyr Panteleimon, the venerable Joseph the Hymnographer, and the venerable Sergius of Radonezh, sent from the Russian Andrew Skete on Mount Athos.

The church property includes 89 desyatins and 1439 square fathoms of land. There are five church houses for the residence of the clergy. The church capital amounts to 2075 rubles in securities. In the parish cemetery, there is a stone chapel built in 1877. The parish has 1563 men and 1813 women. There is a ministerial school and a church-run almshouse funded by the interest from a capital of 15,000 rubles, invested by the founder of the almshouse, peasant Vasily Andreyevich Kurdyukov. There is also a tea house with a library. The clergy staff includes two priests, a deacon, and two psalmists, with the clergy capital amounting to 9,655 rubles in securities.
