The parish of the Ascension of the Lord was founded in 2012. On July 30, 2013, a dome was installed on the under-construction chapel, which was made by the engineering center 'Grant' from Volgodonsk, Rostov region. On December 18, 2013, the church of St. Nicholas the Bishop and Wonderworker was opened. The consecration of the cross and the all-night vigil was led by His Grace Bishop Benjamin. The building is located near the planned site for the construction of a new church.
