The Nikolaev Church in the village of Nikolsk, located in the Okhansky district of the Perm province, was built in 1898 thanks to the efforts of parishioners, mainly through private donations. This wooden building on a stone foundation, with a bell tower connected to the church, is sturdy and covered with iron. Around the church is a wooden fence with stone gates on the western side. The church has one altar, consecrated on June 29, 1898, dedicated to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker.

The church staff includes a priest, a psalmist, and a prosphora baker.

The church land includes a homestead area with a church cemetery measuring 1 desyatina 1481 square sazhen, as well as arable and haymaking land totaling 33 desyatinas, located 12 versts from the church. In total, 34 desyatinas 1281 square sazhen. The land is in undisputed possession of the parish, but there is no plan for it. The quality of the land is average, with 3 desyatinas unsuitable for use.

Houses for clergy and church servants were built on the church homestead land in 1898 through the efforts of parishioners and belong to the church. Other buildings include a lodge for parishioners bringing children for Holy Communion, and a house in the village of Platonova, built from materials donated by peasant Yakov Dmitrievich Cherepanov, with construction funded by a merchant widow from Perm, Agrippina Grigoryevna Ivanova.

The condition of the houses is good.

There are zemstvo schools in the parish, opened in the village of Nikolsk in 1893, in the village of Platonova in 1908, and in the village of Kvashnyata in 1911.

The last visit of the bishop to the parish took place on November 28, 1914.
