The stone church with five domes and a bell tower, dedicated to St. Nicholas and the Ascension of the Lord, was built in 1811 thanks to the efforts of the local peasant Gavriil Alexandrovich Balibin. Before this, as evidenced by the metric books and other documents, there was a wooden church here.
The only procession takes place on July 8 in the village of Denisyevo, but the exact date of its establishment and the reason remain unknown. The church owns 35 desyatins of land, and the parish includes two villages.
