The church of Saint Martyr Queen Alexandra, located in Jerusalem, is the house temple of the Russian Orthodox Church and is situated in the center of the complex of the Russian Spiritual Mission. It is the first Russian church on the Holy Land.

The church, dedicated to the martyr and queen Alexandra, was consecrated on June 28, 1864. It was named in honor of the heavenly patroness of Empress Alexandra Feodorovna, the wife of Tsar Nicholas I. The construction of the church was part of a program to create Russian buildings, which the Palestinian Committee implemented on Meidan Square in Jerusalem from 1860 to 1864.
