Фото 1
According to an archival reference issued by GUSO "CGASO", the wooden church with a bell tower, dedicated to the Archangel Michael and accommodating up to 250 people, was consecrated on October 2, 1901, with funds from parishioners. In the same year, a church parish school opened in a separate building. From 1900 to 1902, houses for clergy were built on church land. The services in the church were alternately conducted by priests: from 1905, Vladimir Konstantinovich Konstantinov, from 1908, Daniil Nikiforovich Nikiforov, and from 1910, Fedor Petrovich Petrov. At the request of the Melekess District Executive Committee, by the resolution of the Presidium of the Regional Executive Committee on August 15, 1936, the church was closed and converted into a cultural house.

In the 1990s, with the revival of church life in the country, the need arose for the construction of a new temple in the village. At the initiative of Vera Petrovna Evstifeeva, the construction of a brick church in honor of the Archangel Michael began in the fall of 2006. The parish was officially registered in 2008, and since then, priests from Dimitrovgrad have regularly conducted services on holidays.

The parish church in honor of Archangel Michael was completed in 2008. The builder and benefactor of the church is Vera Petrovna Evstifeeva, whose initiative led to its construction. The beautification of the church continues, and the parish will be grateful to all benefactors.
