The wooden church, which is warm, was built with funds from the parishioners of the village of Klyuchish. In 1879, it was rebuilt, and a wooden fence was also erected. The altar of the church is consecrated in honor of the Archangel Michael.
Not far from the village, at Ilyinsky Klyuch, there is a wooden chapel where a procession is held on July 20.
The zemstvo school in the village has been operating since 1874. The nearest settlements are Tumkino, located 6 versts away, and Fedkino, which is 8 versts away. The distance to Simbirsk is 60 versts, to Sengiley is also 60 versts, and to the Sobakinsky volost administration is 12 versts.
