In 1857, a church with a bell tower was built in the village of Krasnoyarka with funds from local residents. This building could accommodate up to 500 parishioners and, along with the fence, occupied an area of 230 square fathoms. The church had one altar dedicated to the Archangel Michael. The church staff included a priest, a deacon, and a psalmist.
