The village of Konstantinovo is located 34 versts from Vladimir and 10 versts from Suzdal, on the banks of the Tumka River. In the documents of Votchichev, it is mentioned as a village, which indicates the presence of a church and parish here as early as the 16th century. In 1816, a stone church with a bell tower was built with the funds of local residents, dedicated to the equal-to-the-apostles kings Constantine and Helena. In 1856, thanks to the efforts of the parishioners, another stone church was erected, warm, with an altar in honor of Archistrategos Michael.
