The village of Belomestnaya Kriusha, located on the Kriusha River, was founded in 1816 by the landowners Zaguzov under the name of the village Yaruska. In the 1830s, a significant group of landowners from the Belomestnaya sloboda of Lysye Gory relocated here, and the village received its new name, Belomestnaya Kriusha. In 1835-1836, a stone church was built here in honor of Archangel Michael with funds from the parishioners. In 1943, the church building was used as a grain storage facility, and in the 1950s it was demolished. In 1995, the building of the village council was handed over to the believers for worship services, after which work began on the construction of service premises and landscaping the area.

Today, the Church of Archangel Michael is operational, the area around it is enclosed with a sturdy metal fence, and work continues to improve the appearance of the church.
