Church of Macarius of Pis'mo

Фото 1
The summer wooden church with a small refectory, topped with a two-tiered octagonal dome, was built in 1909 on the site of the church that burned down in 1907, which had been erected in 1786. Until 1907, the church had two altars: the Transfiguration of the Lord and Paul of Obnorsk. It was closed in 1951 and by the 1980s had fallen into disrepair. In the 1990s, the church was renovated and consecrated in 1998 in the name of Macarius of Pis'mo.
