The Church of St. Leontius of Rostov the Miracle Worker in the village of Tvorino was founded in 1810. It has two altars: one in honor of St. Leontius, and the other in honor of the icon of the Mother of God "Joy of All Who Sorrow."

The church owns 36 desyatins of land. The parish covers eight settlements: Tvorino, Filatovo, Kharnevo, Sankovo, Konoplyanovo, Talitsa, Mostoviki, Stupkino, Lychevo, and Yeremeytsevo. In these settlements, there are 138 houses, inhabited by 433 men and 518 women.
