The first church in Yungerovka was built in 1765. Through the efforts of the parishioners, the current Yungerovka church was constructed in 1869 on the site of the old church. This stone building features a bell tower and one altar, dedicated to the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, just like the previous church. Church houses were provided for the priest and the psalmist, and the neighboring villages of Andreevka and Sergievka were part of the parish. During the Soviet era, the temple was closed and is now in a semi-ruined state. The bell tower and interior decoration have been lost, and the northern part of the building has collapsed.
