Silino, a village in the Shatkovsky district. In accordance with the order of the Department for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage of Nizhny Novgorod and the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated April 24, 2000, No. 5-OD, the rural Kazan church was recognized as an object of historical and cultural heritage. The church dates back to 1844-1882. However, order No. 5-OD was revoked on October 20, 2014, according to order No. 159. The church has altars: the main one in honor of the Kazan Mother of God and a chapel of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker.
