According to the "State Lists of Historical and Cultural Monuments of the Nizhny Novgorod Region", there was a monument of urban planning and architecture in Salgany, the Kazan Church, built in 1869. However, the building of that construction has not survived in the village, and a new structure has been erected on the site of the old temple.
