The modern village of Grigorovo encompasses the territory of the Archangel burial site on the Kasti River and the village of Grigorovo, which is divided by the road from Yaroslavl to Vologda. The village is located in a picturesque spot on the slope of a hill by the Kasti River and has preserved one of the oldest architectural monuments of the Dmitrievsky rural settlement, the stone church of the Kazan Mother of God, built in 1708. In 1840, a large refectory was added to the church, which somewhat disrupts the harmony of the building's perception. The refectory houses altars in honor of Archangel Michael and Alexander Nevsky. The main volume of the church, executed in the form of an 'octagon on a square,' is topped with a scaly onion dome on a high drum. The decoration of the church features elements characteristic of 17th-century architecture: wide pilasters at the corners and a multi-faceted cornice crowning the walls. The influence of 'Moscow Baroque' is reflected not only in the overall composition of the church and the symmetry of the window openings but also in the design of the northern and southern portals, which are adorned with intricate elements with volutes and a niche-kiot. The windows of the summer church are framed with a simple rectangular frame. The church has three entrances: western, northern, and southern. At the western wall of the refectory, in a unified ensemble with the main volume of the church, there was a bell tower, of which only the cubic lower tier remains.

The church was closed in 1948, and since 1956, it has housed auto repair workshops.

An active cemetery surrounds the church. The stone chapel that was located on the Yaroslavl-Vologda road has not survived.
