On the territory of the monastery's courtyard stands the Church of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, which serves the monastery hospital. This small single-domed church made of white stone was built thanks to the efforts of Natalia Alexeyevna, sister of Peter I. During one of her visits to the monastery, the princess noticed that elderly nuns in the hospital needed a church and decided to build one in honor of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God. The construction lasted a year and was completed in 1714. Next to the church, a new hospital wing was built, connected to the temple by a passage. Near the church are several buildings constructed between the 17th and 19th centuries, including the abbot's and refectory buildings, as well as the regent's and guest houses.
