In the village of Hydrotorf, a solemn ceremony was held for the consecration and installation of the main dome with a cross on the building of the church dedicated to the righteous saints Joachim and Anna. The rite of consecration of the dome with the cross was conducted by the dean of the Balakhna district, priest Mikhail Minyukhin.

The service was attended by the church benefactors Olga Pavlova and Andrey Semashko, the head of the local government Evgeny Ryzhikov, and numerous believers.

The future church in honor of the righteous Joachim and Anna will be the first church in the Nizhny Novgorod region dedicated to these saints. Currently, the construction of the church's log cabin is completed, the tent roof has been installed, and roofing work and the installation of decorative elements on the facade are ongoing.

By the blessing of the Metropolitan of Nizhny Novgorod and Arzamas Georgy, the construction of the church is overseen by the dean of the Balakhna district, priest Mikhail Minyukhin.
